1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and lodesstarfiinss ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our website and participation in our financial education programs.

By accessing our website, submitting inquiries, or enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our programs or use our services. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Malaysian law.

4. Educational Nature of Services

• We do not provide personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management services
• We do not sell financial products or earn commissions from any providers

5. Program Enrollment and Participation

5.1 Enrollment Process

To enroll in a program, you must submit required information and pay applicable fees. Enrollment is confirmed once we receive payment and send you confirmation via email.

5.2 Program Fees

Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are due prior to program commencement. Fees cover all sessions, materials, and tools provided during the program. There are no hidden costs or recurring charges after program completion.

5.3 Attendance Requirements

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If you cannot attend a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We may provide materials from missed sessions but cannot guarantee make-up sessions.

5.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Participant: You may cancel up to 7 days before the program start date for a full refund minus a RM 200 administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days of program start are non-refundable
• Cancellation by lodesstarfiinss: If we must cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available program session
• No Partial Refunds: Once a program has started, no refunds are provided for missed sessions or early withdrawal

6. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment
• Attend sessions punctually and participate respectfully
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal information shared during sessions
• Use program materials for personal educational purposes only
• Take responsibility for your own financial decisions
• Refrain from disruptive behavior that interferes with other participants' learning

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

All content, materials, curriculum, and tools provided during programs remain the intellectual property of lodesstarfiinss. This includes but is not limited to text, graphics, templates, frameworks, and educational methodologies.

7.2 Your License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for your own educational and financial planning purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce materials for commercial purposes
• Share or distribute materials to others
• Modify materials and present them as your own
• Use materials to provide similar educational services

7.3 Customized Materials

Templates and frameworks you customize with your own information during programs become yours to use. However, the underlying template structure and methodology remain our intellectual property.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, lodesstarfiinss and its educators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in programs or use of materials, including but not limited to financial losses, investment decisions, or other damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program in question.

9. Confidentiality

Information you share during educational sessions remains confidential and is used solely to personalize your learning experience. Other participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared during group sessions.

We do not share participant information with third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify program content, scheduling, or format as necessary. We will notify enrolled participants of significant changes as soon as reasonably possible. If changes substantially alter the program you enrolled in, you may request a full refund if the program has not yet started.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may withdraw from a program subject to our cancellation policy outlined in Section 5.4.

11.2 By Us

We reserve the right to terminate your participation if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in disruptive behavior
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Misuse program materials

Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Johor, Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage participants to contact us to attempt informal resolution of any disputes.

13. General Provisions
